1. Q. What does shipping cost?
A. The shipping is calculated by where you live, dimensions and the weight of the box. These 3 figures in the end will calculate what the total cost of your shipping will be. We only charge you the actual cost for shipping it, but there is a $10.00 box charge included in every coral frag order.
2. Q. A lot of your pictures are extremely colorful, do you use Photoshop to enhance them?
A. No, not at all. All we do is scale down the images to medium or smaller sizes. We are highly against businesses that use these unfair techniques to deceive customers. What you see in the photos are representative of the coral frags that you will receive.
3. Q. Some of your coral frags are rather big at their listed size. I've had trouble with getting frags of the same size listed by other companies, so are the truly that big?
A. Yes, we give big frags that will grow much faster because of their size. We list the minimum size of every coral frag on our website within the products description. The minimum size of the majority of our coral frags range from 1 inch to 3 inches. The coral frags you order will be larger than the minimum most of the time.
4. Q. I heard that in the past you would give away free coral frags in some orders, if so can I get this [Type of Coral Frag] for free?
A. Yes, in the past we have given away free coral frags of our choosing on almost all orders and we are still practicing this same method today. No, we will not let you choose the free coral frags you may receive. We need to keep this system fair to all customers, plus it just ruins a good surprise. This goes a long way to cover the cost of your shipping.
5. Q. Why is your shipping a little higher than some of the other sites for coral frags?
We send larger coral frags than most of our competitors, which means we have to include enough water to cover the entire coral frag. We also pride ourselves on the fact that in all of our years in doing business we have only had about a handful of DOAs; almost all of them caused by shipping delays. Which happens to be very rare, but still occurs every year or two. You can be assured that if this does happen we will try to take care of you as best possible.
