You will be contacted prior to shipment of any live goods in order to set up your shipment date. All live products will not be shipped without prior arrangement. Your credit card is not charged until the confirmed day of shipping, unless you have already payed via PayPal. All dry goods will be shipped as soon as possible. If we currently do not have an item in stock we will contact you to notify you of the delay. If you have any questions about an order or would like to cancel an order please e-mail admin@reefstuff.com immediately. All requests to have orders canceled must be received within two hours of the time the order was placed. All other cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking fee and any shipping costs if the order was shipped prior to cancellation. Special considerations will be determined at our discretion. Upon receiving packages please inspect them for any damage and if there are any issues please have the delivery person note them on both copies of the delivery receipt. Any damage claims must be made to us within twenty four hours of receiving your shipment. Under any circumstances do not refuse a delivery, if you refuse the delivery you will be liable for return postage and any losses that may occur on live goods. We will handle all claims with the shipper, so contact us immediately if there are any issues. |
