Shipping Information
We will pack your order with the utmost care and precaution.
Every live item order is shipped in a styrofoam and cardboard box, with a heat/cold pack depending on the temperature of your region. All live items have a plastic bag with proper water and oxygen. All live items must be shipped by Priority Overnight. We will send you your Fed-Ex tracking number the day we send out your order.
All drygoods can be shipped via many shipping options. Simply choose which one you prefer.
We will always try to contact you within 1-9 days to arrange a shipping date prior to shipping.
